In order to make up for the blank in the field of standardized ceramic raw materials production in China, the Yishan ceramic raw materials standardization project with an annual output of 200,000 tons came into being. The project introduces imported equipment and software systems from Italy and Germany, combined with domestic advanced equipment, to achieve production automation, management informationization, and standardized production of intelligent raw materials. Using innovative ceramic raw material production technology, compared with traditional production technology, it has the characteristics of easy monitoring of production process, more accurate batching and better product stability. This project is based on serving domestic major ceramic production areas and looking at foreign ceramic raw material markets. At the same time, the plant will become the first domestic supplier of isostatic pressing daily porcelain powder in China. After the completion of the project, the Yishan ceramic raw materials standardization factory project will become the cornerstone of China's transition from a large country in the production of ceramics to a strong country in production.
In addition, a ceramic raw material research and development and testing technology center will be established in the factory area. After the establishment of the center, it will establish a scientific research and development process around ore source selection, raw material mining, processing, and raw material formulation, rationally use raw materials to manufacture various grades of daily-use ceramics, and actively promote daily Porcelain raw materials and environmental protection. At the same time, the testing section will be established as a CNAS accredited testing center and have third-party testing qualifications. Provide fair and reliable product quality reports for daily porcelain buyers, and quantify product quality parameters from the demand side. Set off a wave of parameterization of the quality of ceramic products in this city, and actively promote the quality of porcelain products for the daily use of ceramics to a new level.
